Chats name themselves while they answer

A conversation used to be filed under the first sixty characters you typed, so a thread was called "Search the web for what a vector database is, then read o…".

The model now writes a real title — "Vector database basics" — while it is still answering, and the name changes in front of you. If it cannot think of one, the old truncation still stands.
