Stop works after a refresh

A turn keeps running when you close the tab, so that refreshing mid-answer rejoins it rather than throwing the work away. But Stop only knew how to reach a run this page had started itself — so after a refresh it quietly did nothing, and the turn carried on with no way to reach it.

Stopping no longer depends on knowing which run: it stops whatever is in flight for the conversation.
