Chat, API and Koda each get their own navigation

The sidebar is now two navigations doing two jobs. A narrow rail on the far left says which product you are in — Chat, API or Koda — and rests as icons until you pause on it, when it widens in place to show the names. Beside it sits that product's own navigation, which is always there.

So the pages you use daily are no longer competing with the pages you visit monthly. Skills, Knowledge and Tools belong to Chat. Keys, usage, billing and models belong to API. Sessions belong to Koda.

The second navigation collapses to icons with the [ key when you want the room, and it never disappears — that is the one you actually navigate with. The module you are in wears its own colour on the rail, the only place in the interface where a colour means something.
