The Free plan is now limited by how many tokens you use, not by a fixed number of requests.

You get a generous monthly token allowance, so short, frequent calls (typical of agentic coding) no longer get blocked early by a low request cap.
Your quota bars now reflect token usage directly — the percentage you see is your real remaining headroom.
Paid plans are unchanged — they remain request-based.
